Nice approach. Just to know, in this Q&A events, how deep in the tech specs do you go (because of the different backgrounds and non technical experience)
TBH I haphazardly try to aim low-ish, to make sure everyone is on the same page. And I have a good enough relationship w/ everyone that they know to interrupt and ask clarifying questions if I misjudge the level, or have to go explain a topic. Like when I explained HTTP caching servers we had to take some side trips to explain bits of HTTP itself
