I find this can help, but I really have to remind yourself regularly what your target persona is... because once I get into a flow, I revert back to my default voice unless I'm very careful about it. Maybe if spraying reminder text regularly throughout the initial blank page as a safeguard would make it easier
One rec I've heard is creating a fictional persona that you need to write to, e.g. http://teachtogether.tech/en/index.html#s:process-personas.
Maybe it's helpful to say "this is for Patricia Project Manager" as you're composing.
